Where is my order?


All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail First Class Delivery, and should arrive within 1-5 working days once dispatched. If you have selected Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, your order should arrive within 1-2working days once dispatched.

We do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched promptly from our studio, however standard delivery timeframes are estimates and delays in Royal Mail's delivery service do occasionally take place. Although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.

If you find that your order is a little later than expected, please follow these guidelines before getting in touch. We'll always ask these questions when answering enquiries dealing with delivery as this helps us to solve any simple issues efficiently.

1. Has my order been dispatched yet? All orders are made and finished by hand. If you're waiting for an order, please check your email inbox and junk mail, as we may be awaiting a reply to a query regarding your order. This can occur if we're querying a personalisation request.

2. Is my delivery address correct? You'll find your delivery address on your order confirmation. If you find that your delivery address is incorrect, do not worry, please contact us ASAP through our contact us form. Although we can't take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout, once we receive your message, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery and the fees associated with this.




Shipping & Delivery


All our items are made to order and handcrafted in house by the WITHPUNS team. For all orders, please allow a processing time of 1-3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please check below for your country's estimated delivery time:

United Kingdom: 1-5 business days

North America: 10-20 business days

Europe: 5-15 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days

Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days

We'll do our best to meet these dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.




Cancellations & Returns


We are unable to accept cancellations or returns for personalised products due to the nature of the item. However, we are happy to accept cancellations and returns for non-personalised products, but please contact us ASAP through our contact us form, as we can not cancel your order after it has been dispatched.

For return of non-personalised products, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items through our contact us form. You will receive a full refund including the original postage and packaging for the order if the charge was levied with your original order and it is returned in full.

We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a non-personalised product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of WITHPUNS.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.




Can I send a card direct to the recipient?


Yes, we can print your personal message on the inside of the card and deliver direct to the recipient for no extra charge.

Refunds & Exchanges


All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that we are unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund. On faulty products, we reserve the right to offer a full refund or a replacement item free of charge.
